I'm from his hometown in Norway and visited him on the bridge on the July 16 sailing out of Ravenna. He is definitely not on Liberty at the moment, and will be returning to Explorer after his current vacation.

Capt. Frank Marthinsen is currently on Explorer OTS and has been there for 1.5 months according to himself.
