La Veranda and the Compass Rose lunch menus are samples from the RSSC website. All others are from the 12/18 to 12/29 Eastern Caribbean Holiday cruise. La Veranda had a different menu from what is shown here. Every night, they had vegetable lasagna and half roasted chicken. Then there was always a beef dish and a fish or seafood dish and then one other specialty that rotated.

The Compass Rose lunch menu is similar to one that was offered a week into our cruise, though there was less selection than is shown here.

Also, I did not get the Prime 7 dessert menu, which featured items such as Key Lime Pie. Maybe someone else can post it here. They did not give me the menu for the last night at Compass Rose, but 10 nights' worth of menus and featured wines should give an idea. I hand typed the in-room wines. They were also serving a Morande Chardonnay that was not reserve and a Caliterra Chardonnay.
