What is "Quest"????

I've heard it mentioned so many times but still dont know what it is, other than some game or such like.

What is Quest? Quest is fun :D

To explain it would give it away. It is a scavenger hunt held in one of the lounges. Just go .... with an open mind :)

Me and My family members are two time gold medal winners. The only thing I have to say is "I'm glad that I don't have to see these any of those folks anymore." Our motto is "What goes on the ship, stays on the ship!!!"

Now, back to your question, it is the funniest, wackiest, most hilarious time you will have. I went and hadn't planned to participate but ended up getting way more involved then I thought I would. I never laughed so hard in my life. I don't want to reveal more than that, just go and have a great time!!

Quest is an adult scavenger hunt where teams are playing against one another. Definitely adult oriented, and definitely alot of fun!!

Adult = the game is recommended for guests 18 and older.

Sorry, I forget we don't have the same programing. Just a voice is all. I couldn't explain it so I won't try. I haven't been to Qwest yet either, but I'm aware that it's one of those things that the less you know about it the better, or the game isn't as funny. So it's one of those "hot topic" questions that you keep bringing up. :D

Material in the game is inapropriate for children. I have seen some older teens there watching, but I wouldn't bring my 16 or 14 year olds. No Way!

Yes, exactly, if we told you the types of items he's looking for in the game, then the game won't be as fun, as you know what to expect, and then some people actually bring bags of items filled with "frequently asked for items" and then it spoils the fun! :D

The best way to satisfy it, if you must do so before your cruise, is to use the "search" function of this message board.

Using "quest" as your search word, you should get enough threads to keep you busy UNTIL YOU LEAVE FOR YOUR CRUISE.

Okay ..put it this way. When I said "adult" I was enquiring because one of our party is a vicar!!!!!! She has a great sense of humour and is full of fun...but I wouldnt want her to be offended.........

.......especially as that vicar is my mum and I would never hear the end of it!!! ROFL :D

(Mind you ....judging by the antics of my father when they went on holiday last year I dont know why I'm worrying. Apparently he got pulled up to the stage by two scantily clad women in the show lounge of the hotel. My mum said he hadnt smiled so much in years!!!!!! :D )

I have never been on this hunt - and have never read the other posts about the quest - but after reading these posts i will be playing this november!! I also think I am going to avoid any other posts i find that reference the quest. I think not knowing will be half the fun!

you may get the opportunity to see a man wear a womens bra...or you may get a chance to see a women take her bra off with out taking her top off...bizzare stuff like this...i think you brake into small groups of 5 ot 6 to a group... my wife has done it a couple of times when i have been in the casino making the families first million...or half million or quarter million...

Quest is a Hoot! We played it for the very first time on the AOS...our team took 1st Place honors. I almost peed my pants laughing so hard. Heck I think alot of the "items" they needed came from us alone. OMG! :eek: We were even featured on the Cruise Video for that week. LOL.

Can't wait to participate on our Sept 2, 2007 Mariner cruise.

second place winners here from our last Monarch cruise! But you are right, once people play, they tend to load up on goodies they might be asked for...however, the CD threw in some curve balls:D
