Gem 10/31 25% cruise credit

Is there a way to find out if the credit has been added to your acct and how much it is? I can’t seem to find anything on my account.

You have to call NCL. It won’t show up on your account online.

Call NCL or your Travel Agent. I was on that sailing and emailed my TA to have the credit applied to an upcoming reservation. She took care of it right away. The credit will be for 25% of the fare you paid.

Even though the cruise got disrupted it was awesome until the end. I decided to try an inside cabin for my first time, and bought the cruise last minute for 429.
