travel insurance kickback lawsuit

Consumers are pressured

to buy travel insurance while booking trips online, usually by being required to click a box opting to buy it or declining it before being allowed to complete their ticket purchase.

Damned if you do, Damned if you don't

You never offered insurance to me. How was I supposed to know? Deep pockets corporation takes the hit.

Develop a plan where it's very obvious that you must select accept or decline insurance and the consumer cries because "they felt pressured".
