Complementary Voom on Harmony in suites

My wife and I just upgraded to a Grand Suite from a Jr Suite on Harmony for a cruise later this year. We had already previously paid in the cruise planner for the Voom Surf+Stream package for our JS. However, the Harmony GS lists as a benefit "Complementary Voom". Does anybody know if it is Surf-only or Surf+Stream? Is it complementary for the two of us, 1 device each? Trying to figure out if I need to ask for a refund - should I wait until I am on the ship?

Surf & Stream, each guest gets a one-device package.

Bob- Thanks so much for answering my question. I guess I will need to apply for a refund or perhaps easier to ask for OBC once on the ship.

Just go into your Cruise Planner, look at your order history, and cancel from there. If you do this at least 3 days before the cruise, you will get a credit to your credit card.

OK will do. I did use a credit card plus some of our pre-cruise OBC to pay for it partially. I am assuming that the OBC will also come back to my reservation?

Yes, OBC comes back immediately when you cancel.
