I am considering switching to either cabin 2474 or 2477 on the Carnival Glory. These cabins are a category 6B, and on the deck plan they look huge. Does anyone know if there is one or two windows in the cabin and also is there a sofa? I'd love to see photos.

I found the following regarding that cabin. Hope it helps.

I would take 2470 in a heartbeat over 2477. The entrance into 2477 will be inside a door leading into a small foyer like area with 2 more doors. One for 2477 and one for 2475. We have had 2470 on our most recent 2 cruises and our friends have had the matching cabin 2473 twice. Cabin 2470 is much larger than the standard OV cabin. Cabin 2477 will have a funky shape and not near the extra floor space that 2470 provides. Either cabin will experience some shuttering in rough seas or when entering and leaving port. It was of no concern to us and did not have any negative impact on our experience. I have plenty of pics of 2470 as well as a video. It's our favorite cabin and will trying to book it again in the future.

Cruise was great but this room 2474 was room from hell. When you enter look up, someone put cardboard under the ceiling tiles to try and stop the vibration. Not every night but when the weather and speed are a factor, this room is unbearably loud and the whole room vibrates. I've been on 14 cruises and never experienced this, the ship was full so the best offer was a pair of ear plugs. Believe me it would not have helped. Please listen do not take this room. It is right above the engines and their is one square small port hole window. I will try to get some pictures posted but do yourself a favor and don't take this. Friends. 2461 said their room was very noisy and vibrating too. Deck one starts back towards the mid section further, under you is a huge engine room.

Only other issue on this cruise is no deck inside goes front to back, you have to go up or down a various levels to get around. Trivia was played along the windows by the casino, not very conducive to interaction. Staff and food was good. Did peek into 2470 it had small windows not slider size like someone else posted

Hope this helps.

Haha, thats my video! We have had 2470 twice and our friends sailing with us had 2473 twice as well. We loved the larger cabin and didn't mind the shuttering at all.
