Once onboard, the shore excursions were charged to our on board account at full price. When I went to the Shore Ex desk, they promptly refunded our discount. When I asked them why it was not done automatically. They said it was "new" and they had no way of doing it automatically. And suggested that I talk to the Latitudes people. I told them that Shore Ex over charges me, not Latitude. Bottom line: monitor your bill to make sure you get the right discounts.
