Need advice on scuba diving...Crofu, Mykonos or ???

Next June my family (10 of us ) are going on a 24 day curise on HAL. 4 of us scuba dive and the rest snorkle. I would like to rent a boat or go on an excursion so that we can dive and snorkle all together. IS Corfu better for diving or is Mykonos? I am open to any suggestions on Dive companies or cities. I think it would be a chance of a lifetime to dive in the Mediterranean, I hope it comes true.....

We are divers and were just in the Med. We didn't dive because we decided to see the sights instead however we saw dive shops all over. If I were going on a 24 day cruise I would probably dive though. Corfu would be my first choice. The water is so beautiful. In Mykonos there was diving right off Paridise Beach with the dive shop right there. A friend is a dive instructor here in Cancun but he lived in Mykonos for a while. He says that Dive Adventure is the best operation there.

Does anyone know what the water temp in Corfu or Mykonos is during the month of June? I have heard that it is too cold to snorkel or scuba without a wet suit.

The water temps would be less than 70 degrees.....

Thanks Betonic, I guess I am just use to the Gulf of Mexico at that time of year being much warmer.........

70ish water temp. sounds very cool to me..... to be snorkeling or swimming.

Just back from the Med., where my brother inquired about scuba diving in every port (including Corfu). He was told that if he has dived in the Caribbean, that he would be disappointed with the Mediterranean diving.
