jt58203 Posted September 2, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 2, 2009 Haven’t cruised HAL before, but want to book 10-Day Panama Canal (Zuiderdam) for Feb. If I were to book through an online agency (one that’s advertised here on CC), would I be able to view my cruise details on the HAL website? I have created an account with HAL and don’t see where I’d enter booking #’s for cruises booked from other places. (I’ve traveled with Princess & Celebrity & this is easily done). pms4104 Posted September 2, 2009 #2 Share Posted September 2, 2009 Once you have booked with the T/A, login to HAL's site, go to My Account, click on My Reservations. We book thru a T/A and below is all that I can access on HAL's site ... Name/length of itinerary Ship name Booking number Departure date and port Disembark date and port Cabin number
Kween Karen Posted September 2, 2009 #3 Share Posted September 2, 2009 Yes you can view all your details. Go to the tab labeled 'For Booked Guests"...then the drop down menu will give some more options. If you go to 'online check in'....you can proceed by entering your name and booking number. There you will see all your information. I do this a lot.....not sure why....guess I just want to be sure I am still there. And ONE of these times I might actually have a room number!!
