Does anyone know the following:

 

Main engines - how many & what make / type.

Propulsion system - electric?

Auxiliary engines - how many & what make / type.

 

Is it possible to look at the engine room on any of the ships tours?

We did the ultimate ships tour on Emerald earlier this year. You tour the technical control room but not the actual engine room. I’m sure all your questions would be answered on the tour.

2 Wartzila 8L46CR Engine/Generators

2 Auxilliary Engine/Generators

 

2 Propulsion Engines they are Electric

Almost impossible to gain acess to Main Engine Rooms (unless you know the Chief Engineer), but on the Ultimate Tour you do see the Control Room.

 

Propulsion is shaft/propellors, not azimuthing pods.
