Car Rental - Sapphire/Magen's Bay

Can anyone recommend a place for a Jeep rental? One at or near the port would be the best.

 

Also, what is the driving distance (time-wise) between Sapphire Beach and Magen's Bay. We plan to do one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Thanks.
