civic Posted September 9, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 9, 2009 It Has been 4 years since last on this ship. Left New York 8/30 with clear sailing to Bermuda and back to New York Weather was great all the way Bermuda is Lovely Food good Main Restaurants: food good we ate dinner at 6pm, service was prompt, however after 6:30 as restaurant filled up service was slow. Specialty Restaurants: Italian........ A Mexican.......A Cagneys.......A Teppanyakli..A+ La Bistro......B Entertainment--Fantastic Best surprise was Bernie Martini in Gatsby's Lounge Biggest Dissapointment: There is now a $20.00 a day charge to use the Adult Pool & Spa which used to be Free. Other Lines do charge for the adult areas as well However on this ship with only One small Pool for adults and children this is an insult. The other lines have more than one pool. If they need to charge for this area I would prefer to have the charge included in the fare. NCL gets every nickel and dime our of you that they possibly can. Diabloshalo Posted September 9, 2009 #3 Share Posted September 9, 2009 WHAT about the pool charge? They charge you to lay out on the decks in the chairs- or to swim in the pool? This is the main pool - I think only pool- on the ship right? Not the pool inside the spa? Please clarify? I'm sailing 10/4 and will be completely disappointed if I have to pay another $20/d pp for 5 people to sit by the pool. I can't even swim in the pool!!!!
