Egg Crate Pads?

Dana Deem

Recommended Posts

Since Carnival replaced their beds and bedding several years ago, I have found that the beds are comfy enough that we didn't need the egg crate pads.

We did ask for one on our very first cruise, and it was great.....but that was before the new beds. Since then, we've been fine without them.

To answer your question, though, I really don't know if they still have them or not.

I always take one with me and leave it on board if we have a sofa sleeper used...and we usually do. I have never asked for one, because for about $12 at Wal-Mart, I can buy a full size. I put it in a "sucker" bag and make it real flat. It fits in the bottom of a suitcase just fine. I have taken it in a duffel bag after being "evacuated" of air in sucker bag as well, but we do drive to port. For us, it really adds to the comfort of the safa bed.
