Frommer's on Oasis

Surprisingly to me, the author likes the space. :) I find this line especially interesting considering so many liken Oasis to a "shopping mall" or say it's focus is not on the sea.

 

"The ship in fact reestablishes a conneciton with the sea and sky that's been lacking in many other recent megaships, leavening with sun and air an atmosphere that's seen too many enclosed, track-lit public rooms."

I am not particularly fond of enclosed Royal Promenades on the Voyager and Freedom class ships.:eek:

 

I am looking forward to the Oasis which has more open spaces. :D.. no more feelings of claustrophobia. :eek:
