hampshirelad Posted September 14, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 14, 2009 Having read the posts about the parent company and thinking of taking the Caribbean Southern Route at the end of Nov, I phoned the UK, HQ. The Director I spoke to said that this had been a potential problem but the parent company had sold other assets, obtained refinancing and were having a very successful season in the Med. They are committed to the Windstar brand. He regarded all this as old news. Ok - You may say " He would say that wouldn't he " In the UK we get financial protection when we pay by credit card so it will not stop me .
