January 2010-Puerto Rico, St. Martin or Barbados?

Hi! I am considering booking a cruise in January to celebrate my birthday! I have cruised once on Windstar, from Istanbul to Greece, and just loved the experience. Now I am trying to chose between the three itineraries availabe in January. In general, we like to go to places where there is sight seeing to do, not as interested in just beach vacations although we do like to snorkel.

 

Any help with our decision would be greatly appreciated!
