Super Shuttle versus Prime Time Shuttle

Is there any difference between Super Shuttle & Prime Time Shuttle from LAX to San Pedro & back again to LAX from the pier? Any opinions on which is better. Thanks.

each has a stand outside the luggage pick-up areas at LAX..and they ll be waiting for you outside the terminal when you debark..

 

though you can reserve a ride ahead of time..and perhaps use a coupon code..you can arrange transportation with a supervisor at LAX or the pier.

 

we ve used Supershuttle with no problem and on assume that Prime is about the same..

ummm ... one has blue vans (ss) the other has red vans (pt). Similar service and prices.

 

I've used both and when choosing between the two I tend to select Super Shuttle. I've had a little bit better service from them that Prime Time.

 

It's really kind of 6 of one, half dozen of the other.

A year or so ago Prime Shuttle had come pretty bad reviews on this board and has had some problems with requlatory authorities which the have evidently now cleared up recently. We have used Super Shuttle twice recently from LAX to San Pedro and found them to be very good.

I think both are OK and you will be fine with either...the chance of something going amok is not too likely but the same with both companies.

 

A "tiebreaker" is Karmel Shuttle, I've always had great service from them.
