I welcome true lower fares, but in the case of Crystal, at least, those 2-for-1 fares are often identical (to the last dollar) of what they were many months before the 2-for-1 pricing strategy came into effect. That includes the "As you wish" offer which was also already there.

 

And the "free air" is often not available for U.S. embarkation ports.
