Stupid Noob question: does CC have PM function?

Hi, I'm fairly new to CC but have been on other similar forums which have the ability to PM (Private Message) other posters. Does CC have this function?

 

If so, can someone pls point me in the right direction as I can't find it. Thx!

I don't think so... you can ask for someone's e-mail address and write to them that way.
