Captain Pagonis left for holidays prior to the transatlantic. Captain Manetas will be master until the Christmas cruise when captain Pagonis is scheduled to return.

 

Have a great repo cruise. We'll be getting off just as you embark.

It's funny, we keep missing Captain Pagonis by a few cruises, and that's going to happen again. We sailed with Captain Manetas on Constellation last March, and he was very personable. I look forward to seeing him again in November.

Thanks to all. We had a great cruise with Captain Pagonis in the summer of 2008. An outstanding, communicative and personable captain.

Captain Manetas is also wonderful. During out bridge tour he actually came out, explained a lot to us and gave us some wonderful information. He has a great personality. One night at dinner he quietly came in with a couple who, obviously were friends or family. He sat at the table next to us, very unpretentiously had dinner and left, nodding to folks who acknowledged him. He was very visible around the ship also.

 

We've sailed with great captains on Celebrity and some not so great, but you will enjoy Capt. Manetas.
