Has anyone tried-Cayman Maniac stingray city private charters???

Has anyone tried-Cayman Maniac stingray city private charters??? I saw the all day version of this, the best of all the tours-Stringray City, Fishing, Rum Point and Lunch!!!!! But we need to know if this is a good company. We will be there on Dec.28th, and want to share the charter with someone. It's a 5 hr charter for up to 10 people, total cost is $1200. That is $120 pp without the tip. There are just two of us, but this sounds really great! :p:D;)
