If there is one thing Mexican cruise ports have in abundance, it's drivers. Vans, taxis, cars, boats, etc. - they're all available within easy walking distance of every dock or tender pier. Find out the going rate before you go ashore and agree on your destination(s) and fare before you get in the vehicle.
