Playing Royal St Kitts Golf course in Dec...anyone been before?

It looks like a beautiful course...has anyone here played it before...thoughts?

been a while since I made this post, buty in case anyone is considering this course I would definatly recommend it. The course isnt too long, plays fairly simple but the views (especially the last 7-8 holes) are stunning. They have a very nice facility and while expensive, it will be one of the best you can find a ship offering.

How much was it? Did you go through the ship, is it possible to book on your own? We are sailing on the Equinox this March

My son and I played the course last October. It is the most unbelievable course in the Carribbean. The last 7 holes are right on the ocean and the views are incredible. Dont forget the camera.

we actually just went back there last week...we skipped St Lucia because of the hurricane and ended up in St Kitts...had the clubs anyways so went over and played again

We were booked to golf there last March (2010) and the evening before golf we received a note under our door that the excursion was cancelled because there was not enough people signed up. Not taking any chances this year, I contacted the golf course via email, got a reply from the pro shop staff and they are arranging to pick us up on the pier, take us for golf day, then bak to the ship when done. Very accommodating and friendly!
