Valencia Port to City of Arts and Sciences

There may be a bus, but we took a taxi because we had limited time and no idea where to find the bus. First we took the shuttle bus from the ship to the port entrance where there were taxis waiting. It was a short ride and not expensive.

We enjoyed the modern architecture of all the buildings and fountains. It is definitely worth visiting. The architect, Calatrava, was chosen to design a building at the World Trade Center site in NYC.

The I-Max movie was sold out (it was a weekend with lots of families visiting) and we didn't have time to visit the world-famous aquarium, so we went to a very large shopping mall directly across the street, had a snack, and browsed around a big supermarket and a bookstore. Then we took a taxi back to the port.
