As yer sailin’ “doon the watter”

Does it really really matter

If yer vessel is a liner or a boat

Jist enjoy ra Glesca Fair

As yer lettin’ doon yer hair

An’ hope the auld rust bucket stays afloat

Aye, it’s maybe no Cunard

But it shouldnae be ower hard

Tae huv herself a ball upon the Clyde

Where bein’ formal dressed

Means a brand new, clean, string vest

An’ a tasteful Nike shell suit fur yer bride

So tak a swig o’ Lanny

An’ huv yersel a sanny

Wi’ a great big lump o’ tasty auld square-slice

An’ as ye eat yer piece

Fu’ o’ a’ that lovely grease

At least ye’ll no be worried by the price

You’ll no need a Maitre d’

Tae serve ye wi’ yer tea

Or a cabin steward tae tend yer every need

Ye’ll sail through the Kyles o’ Bute

Then back up the Clyde ye’ll scoot

An’ by tea time ye’ll be in the Sarry Heid

A rhyming J

Noo that's jist bliddy showin aff by the way.

G.

When Gari arrives upon his bike

No doubt, he sets where ever he likes.:)

No, about a year ago Gari told me he was known as Grizzly back in the day. And I never doubted his word. I am sure back when he rode in packs, that is what he was called, Gari Grizzly Goun. It has a certain ring to it doesn't it?:)
