Has anyone used this travel company and if so can you please tell me if you were satisfied with them

Yes, and they have come thru for us. Used to use Access America.

Yes and if you submit all the required paperwork the claim is paid in a couple weeks.

Yes, I have used them before and have been pleased with their rates, the options available, the clarity of the explantions of coverage. One of the interesting options is the "Cancel for any reason" option which might be useful in some situations.

 

I have never had a claim (fortunately) so I can't speak to that.
