Celebrity - X Club and VIP Program

While planning our upcoming cruises, I stumbled across some old (18 months or so) information regarding Celebrity X Club's "VIP" program. Is this still in place? Is it simply like the "soda card" for drinks applied to group babysitting? If so, can anyone relate the pricing (dollars per and nights of your cruse) and their general experience?

 

From what I'm reading, the kids program operates from 9a - 1a. Charges ($6/child/hr) are incurred 12p-2p on port days, 5p-7p on port days, and 10p-12a every day. In a confusing twist, the FAQ entry says the slumber party is offered every day from 10p-midnight, then later says it's 10p-1a every night, complimentary on the last one.
