Has anyone done Coral Breeze's Deep Sea Fishing?

Ok, so our cruise goes to Belize, Roatan, Cozumel, & Costa Maya. Trying to figure out the best port to go deep sea fishing. Has anyone done this on Belize with Coral Breezes? Is Jan a good time to fish? Will you have any time left over at Caye Caulker? Thanks for any tips and advice.

We are sailing the same ports and have a few guys looking to deep sea fish...any ideas would be great!

In Dec 2007 we did the Coral Breeze snorkel excursion to Caye Caulker. It was great, guides were wonderful, Caye Caulker is beautiful. But, my husband & a friend took the deep sea fishing excursion, and although they had fun and one of them caught a mackerel, they had a lot of jokes about how old & small the boat was. We have done deep sea fishing in Destin, FL & Cozumel that were much better.
