Inaugural Itinerary Change?

I thought that the 12/5/09 inaugural cruise was supposed to be a 4 night Ft Lauderdale to Haiti cruise...

 

It looks like it's now a 7-Night cruise to the East Caribbean. When did this change happen? What happened to those who booked $699 for a Haiti cruise? Are they getting a 7-Night cruise for a huge bargain?

 

New price is $1299 pp +.

Theres a cruise on 12/1 and thats a 4 day cruise. On 12/5 the Oasis starts her 7 day cruises.

My bad. The 7-day is the default that comes up on the RCI website. I guess you can have two inaugural cruises. In fact, you have to change the Number of Nights default in the left frame to 4-Nights to get to the 4-night Labadee Extravaganza.

 

Looks like the 7 nighter is a better value, though not really an inaugural cruise no matter what lingo they use on the website.
