CCL Valor/ Dolphin Dive Roatan?

Has anyone booked this excursion for a cruise on the Valor recently?

My two divers are gettting anxious , Carnival hasn't released ANY dives in Roatan, for our 01/31/10 cruise and both of my girls have their hearts set on diving with the Dolphins in Roatan.

 

In fact they've only got about a half dozen excursions for Roatan in all , what's with that?
