I have entered all our (non USA) passport details on Princess cruise personalizer site but each time it tells me "incomplete". Even when I go back and the info is still there! Until this section is marked complete I cannot proceed to select email or print cruise docs. What should I do?? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
topnotchike Posted October 20, 2009 #2 Share Posted October 20, 2009 Which web browser are you using? I had the same problem using Firefox. When I used Internet Explorer it worked just fine.
