However, I was concerned about how Scenic handled the recent low water issues as it related to their passengers. The comments on the boards indicated that their conduct may have been less that what one would expect from a "deluxe" cruise line. I would be very interested in any objective comments concerning these difficult times for Scenic. I am a firm believer that the true colors of an organization show when the going gets tough. What did Scenic do right? What could have been done better? Were passengers offered any compensation for a river cruise with good food and wine that turned into an ecomomy bus tour?
