Another St. John ferry question....

Which ferry is faster to St. John cruz bay:

Charlotte Amalie to St. John

or

Red Hook to St. John.

 

What I am trying to say is that is it better to take the taxi to Red Hook from our cruise docks or should we take the ferry from the docks to St. John.

 

We just want to get to St. John the fastest.

Red Hook Ferry

$3 one way ferry ride 20 min. Taxi from Pier: $8-$10, 17 min
