Need help deciding between two tours in Manaus?

Holland America is offering two tours in Manaus that I am interested in, but wonder if there is a real difference? One tour is called "Off the Beaten Track: Amazon Jungle Trek" and the other "A Cruise Through the Amzaon Rain Forest".

I can do both, but if they are very similar would prefer something different.

Off the beaten path hands down...It was named a little different two years ago when I traveled there. You travel across the Amazon river on a smaller boat (about 30 minutes to cross) then thru small river tributories to be let off for an easy hike that you stop several places and learned some survival skills from off duty Brazilian military. I learned a lot about the plants and animals. It was a great tour that I would do again.
