Mayfair Hotel - Coconut Grove??'s

We have booked a suite in the Mayfair hotel in Coconut Grove for New Year's Eve and I have a few questions.

 

Has anyone stayed in one of the suites that have a private balcony with its own hot tub? If so, what was it like?

 

Is there a store nearby that I could buy DW some champagne to enjoy in the hot tub?

 

How far to Port of Miami? Approximate cab fare?

 

I am hoping it is everything that it appears to be. It will be a wonderful way to celebrate New Year's Eve.

My wife and I stayed in one of the suites on October 11 it was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay everyone was very helpful. The hot tubs looked nice my wife and I didn't use them I think they charged an additional 30 dollars to have it set up and it took 45 mins to set up and only stayed warm for four hours. The cab ride from the airport was 30 dollars and the fare from hotel to the port was about 25 dollars. There was a CVS store a couple blocks down from hotel. Also there is a oudoor mall across the street with tons of restuarants. The area was very nice any other questions go ahead and ask away.
