Comparing Park and Cruise San Pedro Parking Packages

Apologies if this appears to be a repeat, but I'm trying to figure out the best park and cruise package for our cruise in late December.

 

Based on threads I've read thus far, it looks like staying in one of the hotels in San Pedro will best suit us. I'm trying to figure out which of the hotels in San Pedro with Park and Cruise packages

a) offer free shuttle services to/from the port

b) offer indoor parking (aka not outside in parking lot) for 7 days

c) most reasonable rate

Also, I believe I read a post about someone who used Hilton Honors points to book Doubletree San Pedro and was still able to leave their car with Doubletree for the duration of their cruise. I was wondering if this is something worth trying. I guess worst case is they charge extra for parking when we ask?
