Private Day Sail Southern Caribbean

Does anyone have any recommendations for a private day sail at any of the Southern Caribbean ports (Tortola, St. Maarten, St. Lucia, Grenada, Antigua.) I am looking for a sail that will have a very limited number of people and a captain that knows the "must sees".

She is a hand-built traditional Caribbean sailboat. We're excited about our planned excursion on her this coming January. We've done Eli's other excursions (Eco Tour and Xtreme Circumnav) multiple times (www.adventureantigua.com). His captains are knowledgeable, crews are great, they take a limited number of people, and really know and love their island!
