Traceybell Posted January 8, 2005 #2 Share Posted January 8, 2005 The info I have is a year old - I booked the Daily Well Being Ritual before a 10 day cruise last April and it was great. The 2 people I asked about it on board indicated that buying one of these packages ahead was a great deal. I couldn't actually book the massage times ahead. When I got on board the spa was the 1st place I went to schedule my dates and times. I can only suggest to do this 1st thing because the lines were long before 1:00PM the day of embarktion. I also have the full list and descriptions of services if you need any other information. Egyptian Ceremony of Milk & Ginger - $367 on board price was $470 Exotic Enriching Milk Bath Exotic Lime & Ginger Salt Glow Exotic Coconut Rub & Milk Ritual Wrap or Float Chakra Balancing Massage Japanese Silk Booster Facial Time: Approx. 5 hours Asian Ceremony of Stone - $330 on board price was $425 Etruscan Chamber Aroma Stone Therapy Exotic Hand Ritual Sole Delight Foot Treatment Frangipani Conditioning Hair & Scalp Ritual (Hair & Scalp Treatment includes Style Dry) Time: Approx. 5 hours Tahitian Ceremony of Flowers -$345 on board price was $472 Exotic Jasmine Flower Bath Exotic Frangipani Body Nourish Wrap or Float Japanese Silk Booster Facial Hawaiian 4 Hands Therapy* Time: Approx. 4 hours Daily Fitness Ritual $373 Cellutox Aroma Spa Ocean Wrap or Float Well-Being Massage Ionithermie-Algae Detox Personal Training Body Compositions Analysis Time: Approx. 5 hours Algae-Detox Cruise Ritual $691 Cellutox Aroma Spa Ocean Wrap or Float (course of 3) Ionithermie-Algae Detox (course of 3) Personal Training (course of 3) Body Composition Analysis To be enjoyed throughout the cruise Time: Approx. 12 hours Daily Well-Being Ritual $474 Chakra Balancing Massage Stress-A-Way Muscle Melt Spirit Reviver Hawaiian 4 Hands Massage* Designed to give a massage a day Time: Approx. 5 hours

Rare uktog Posted January 8, 2005 Author #4 Share Posted January 8, 2005 Thanks a lot for the great advice. We now have had prices back from X but they are in £ and as usual the rate of exchange is not brilliant - but better than booking individually. Probably go for the Egyptian and spread it over a few days A
teegeezfun Posted January 8, 2005 #5 Share Posted January 8, 2005 i would love to be able to take advantage of the jasmine bath, but cannot tolerate any type of massage. just don't enjoy it. can anyone tell me if these services are available individually, and if so, average cost??? SueSea Posted January 8, 2005 #6 Share Posted January 8, 2005 I've been wondering about this, too. I've read the descriptions that Traceybell gave before, but how do they equate to the gold, silver, & platinum packages listed on Celebrity's website? Or do they since there are more than 3 packages in Traceybell's first list? And if the silver & platinum packages she lists later are only on Century, what are the differences in Summit's packages? Traceybell Posted January 8, 2005 #7 Share Posted January 8, 2005 In my Sensory Heaven brochure from April 2004 it states that the Exotic Jasmine Flower Bath is only available as part of a Ritual or Ceremony Package. I'd like to understand about the Platinum and Gold packages also. This wasn't a term used last year so it might be a new way of packaging them up. Traceybell Posted January 14, 2005 #8 Share Posted January 14, 2005 Bump! Does anyone have more current information on the Platinum, Silver, Gold Spa packages? Thanks!
gtjunk Posted January 16, 2005 #9 Share Posted January 16, 2005 I'm sorry...but I have no idea what a platinum etc pckages are. But I was on the phone with Celebrity on Thursday to ask them about what their AquaSpa prices were. And after a huge debate about my travel agent wasn't able to tell me anything and that I should have a right to know how much spa packages are before I booked them, this is what she told me how muchy each package is per person for the millennium cruise we're taking in Oct. Asian Ceremony of Stoen $330 Algae-Detox Cruise Ritual $691 Egyptian Ceremony of Milk & Ginger $367 Daily Fitness Ritual $373 Tahitian Ceremony of Flowers $345 Daily Well-Being Ritual $474 Hope this helps other people. I'm finding it very difficult to get much help from my travel agent or celebrity's customer service without a debate. The celebrity agent also said that if you book on the first day, there was a discount but I have no idea if she's telling the truth since I have read nothing else about it. tdebolt Posted January 17, 2005 #10 Share Posted January 17, 2005 I am going to book a package for my 11 day cruise on the Mercury...Do the packages include use of the T-pool? Also if they do; is it just once or for each day that a treatment is done? Do most people do gratuity to each individual at the spa or how does that work with pre-ordering teh package? KMMCRUISER Posted October 3, 2005 #16 Share Posted October 3, 2005 how do you find the package prices ahead of time? I"m cruising on the Valor in 13 days (can't wait!!) and I thought maybe it would be cheaper to purchase one of these packages that you guys are talking about. cruisebliss Posted October 4, 2005 #17 Share Posted October 4, 2005 Upon using the services of the spa, do you tip for the service provided or the service plus products purchased?
MSBYRDY Posted October 4, 2005 #18 Share Posted October 4, 2005 There are specials listed in your daily all the time for discounted services in the spa. On the first day upon boarding if you book, there is indeed a discount. The tips are automatically added to your bill, so be careful about adding extra. stacey75 Posted October 4, 2005 #19 Share Posted October 4, 2005 One of the perks of being in a suite is that I can book in room massages. I want to book a couples massage for us but can't figure out how much it will cost & if I am able to make the arrangements before we board. Does anyone have any info on this topic? canderson Posted November 30, 2005 #24 Share Posted November 30, 2005 Interesting - if you and your spouse would like to schedule your massages together, they charge you more than twice as much?We received a couple of different "Menu of Services" sheets during the week, and I tried to get a good sampling of them in there. There are indeed some oddities in the pricing. To keep things fair, I was consistent in using the "At Sea" prices for everything that had a different price on a port day. Of interest, on a different day, it was indeed $240 as one might expect. Also, on some days, times were different. That 75 minute stone massage was a 50 minute massage for $139 on another day. The list was more to give an idea of prices, since these variances exist not only between cruises but within a cruise as well.
