How late do restaurants, bars stay open in OSJ?

My Continental flight arrives Jan 29 just before midnight and I'm staying at the Sheraton. I've been to OSJ a couple of times before and am quite comfortable walking around at night. Just wondering how late restaurants and bars stay open on the weekend for a late night snack/drink and any suggestions for some place reasonable near the Sheraton?

I'm not sure of the exact time various establishments close but I do know that Senor Frogs is just around the corner from the Sheraton.

most restaurants still serve past 11 pm, bars are still open way past 2am...
