Emerald Princess - Formal Night Question

My fiance and I are booked on the Emerald Princess out of Ft. Lauderdale for our honeymoon on March 21st. We are sailing the eastern caribbean and are really looking forward to booking the ultimate balcony dinner on one of the nights of the cruise. Does anyone know when the formal nights are on this cruise? I want to figure out what day would be best to plan the UBD.

If it is the same itinerary as the current cruising, they are on Tuesday (Sea day) and Thursday (St. Thomas).
