Downgrading will I get onboard credit?

We booked a jr suite for December 13 on the Voyager and now I see a guarantee balcony is $700 cheaper for the two of us. With money like it is just wondering since we have made our final payment will they allow us to downgrade? I assume it would be onboard credit if they do? Also at the end of the cruise if we still have onboard credit would we be able to get that back?

YES you are able to downgrade to the balcony guarantee and YES it will be in the form of on board credit as you are after final payment. They say that any unused on board credit from price drops will be refunded to your credit card at the end of the cruise. I haven't experienced that myself yet since the new policy change but that's what 'they' say.;):D
