Rare marazul Posted January 24, 2010 #3 Share Posted January 24, 2010 You do not need a tourist card. Easter Island is part of Chile and the same entry requirements apply. No visa, no tourist card.
waterlizard Posted January 27, 2010 #4 Share Posted January 27, 2010 April, We just returned from Easter Island. No tourism card is required. If you fly from Santiago it is a domestic flight. There is no restriction on carryon liquids. You can bring wine, soda bottled water. Food is very expensive on the island. I highly recommend arranging some of your touring options ahead of time as not to be disappointed. We utilized rapanuiportal dot com. We prearranged all of our touring with the same private english speaking guide. If you have any questions let me know. We had a wonderful 5 days on Easter Island and did everything.
