lineman Posted November 15, 2009 #1 Share Posted November 15, 2009 I am a Crown and Anchor Diamond member. Since Aug. my last name keeps getting changed in Crown & Anchors database. They keep changing it back to my proper last name & the next day Royals computer system changes it to the wrong name. Each time this happen I am unable to access my account. Anything that I receive in the mail has the wrong name on it also. I have spoken to about 20 different people at Crown & Anchor & RCCI corp. custmer sevice about this proublem and they have no answers so far. I do have a supervisor at C&A working on it & she has called me with updates but no fixes. Is anyone else having a similar problem and if so, how did it get resolved?
