Snorkling: Aruba vs Curacao

We are sailing on the Eurodam Dec 26th and it goes to both Aruba and Curacao. I would like to take a party boat or catarmaran out to a couple different snorkling sites. Which Island is the best for snorkling and which is best to walk around, shop, and maybe have a beach day? Im not really interested in seeing museums or historic sites. Would like to maybe do a resort beach day at the Island that we dont snorkle at. So, which is best to snorkle at and which would you stay on the Island? Thanks for any assitance. I will post this at the Curacao board too.

Beaches are better in Aruba and the snorkeling is better in Curacao.
