bowlman23 Posted November 18, 2009 #1 Share Posted November 18, 2009 I'm thinking about going on a cruise in 2011 to those three ports, but I was wondering if anyone knows if Oasis is capable of docking at those ports or will we have to tender in? That sounds like a nightmare having to tender. Does anyone know for sure? Thanks.
CruiseDude_83 Posted November 18, 2009 #2 Share Posted November 18, 2009 I say this many times over and over...but it does not bother me at all because it makes me so happy Oasis of the Seas will always dock in ports she will never tender. This is the reason that all of the ports are dredging and why RCCL built the new dock in Labadee. It makes me happy but she will NEVER tender to a port.:D:D:D
Pumbaamd Posted November 18, 2009 #3 Share Posted November 18, 2009 If you are sailing in 2011, you should have nothing to worry about. Have a great cruise on Oasis! Rick
PhoenixCruiser Posted November 18, 2009 #4 Share Posted November 18, 2009 My parents were in the Bahamas a few weeks ago and reported that the workers are very busy dredging the pier to prepare for the Oasis :) ###
bowlman23 Posted November 18, 2009 Author #5 Share Posted November 18, 2009 Thanks everyone. That's great news. I was just a little nervous because of the shear size of the boat. I'm so excited. It's going to be hard to have to wait so long.

This is why they are building a dock in Labadee and why all the ports it visits must have alterations made to accomadate this large ship.
