Mystery Penhouse Category AD on NCL Sky

Looking to go on a Sky cruise out of Miami in February.

There are some great sales. I see a suite category AD.

There are only two cabins that fit the bill on Norway deck

front. Does anyone know why they are half the price of

the other suites. It looks like they may half 1/2 a balcony?
