Embarkation Process - Caribbean Ports

How efficient or otherwise is the embarkation process on Celebrity (Millenium in the Eastern Caribbean in this case)? We did an Alaska cruise last year on Royal Caribbean and the worst feature was the embarkation process at ports of call. We were waiting for over half an hour in the rain at one port. We are not booked in Concierge Class.

We have never found waiting in line to be that big a deal. It depends of course when you return to the ship. It has rained in the Carib, but it's a nice warm rain;)
