Atlantica Hotel in Miami South Beach

Has anyone stayed recently at this hotel on Collins Avenue?

I found several very nice reviews on Trip Advisory but it looks so perfect for such a low price (about $ 90.00) that I'm beginning to believe these reviews are not genuine.

Can anyone help?

Hard to believe that you can get a $90 rate for The Atlantic. The rooms here are exceptional and the hotel itself is less than one year old. This is reportedly the nicest property in FLL (I haven't stayed in all of them). I would jump on a $90 rate if it were available to me.
