MIAMI - airport to port / hotel?

Can anyone give us info on shuttles from airport to hotel .. hotel to port ... good, inexpensive hotel/motel to stay the night before cruise?

I stayed at the port of miami hotel....DO NOT GO THERE! It was a complete dump! I am planning on finding another hotel as well that has port shuttle service. I will let you know what I find!\
